The tripartite collaboration builds a new chapter in Party building: The Hangzhou Cangnan Chamber of Commerce went to Huzhou to carry out a joint Party building activity, working hand in hand with the Huzhou Cangnan Chamber of Commerce and the Yuhang Branch of Nanjing Bank to deepen Party building cooperation and promote development together.

On the afternoon of July 4, 2025, Chen Zhongchao, the president of the Hangzhou Cangnan Chamber of Commerce, led a delegation of chamber representatives and, together with Pan Luofang, the branch manager and Party branch secretary of the Yuhang Branch of Nanjing Bank Hangzhou Branch, and over twenty others, went to the Huzhou Cangnan Chamber of Commerce to carry out a Party building friendship activity. This event, themed "Three-Party Linkage, Jointly Building a New Chapter of Party Building", has specially invited Zhu Pingxue, the executive deputy minister of the United Front Work Department of the Wuxing District Committee of Huzhou City, Secretary of the Party Group and Executive Vice Chairman of the Wuxing District Federation of Industry and Commerce, Qiu Yunfei, member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Wuxing High-tech Zone Management Committee, and Du Qiuzhi, member of the Standing Committee of the United Front Work Department of the Wuxing District Committee of Huzhou City and Full-time Vice Chairman of the Wuxing District Federation of Industry and Commerce. She focused on introducing the industrial structure, advantageous projects, the development of Wenzhou merchants in Hubei Province, and the construction of chambers of commerce in Wuxing District, and commended the entrepreneurial spirit of Wenzhou people and the achievements of chamber of commerce construction. President Chen Zhongchao reviewed the mutual visits between the chambers of commerce of the two places last year, affirmed the development achievements of the Huzhou Cangnan Chamber of Commerce, and proposed to take the 104th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China as an opportunity to transform the love for the Party into the driving force for development. Centering on the five initiatives of "strengthening leading role through joint Party building, promoting sharing through information exchange, seeking development through resource integration, benefiting members through service linkage, and gathering consensus through hometown ties", a path is planned for the high-quality development of the chambers of commerce in the two regions.

On July 5th, the Party branch of the Cangnan Chamber of Commerce in Hangzhou continued the enthusiasm of the Party building joint construction activities and organized Party members and key members to visit the Memorial Hall of the New Fourth Army Su-Zhejiang Military Region in Changxing for study and learning. Inside the memorial hall, all the visitors gained a deep understanding of the heroic deeds of the troops of the Suzhou-Zhejiang Military Region of the New Fourth Army during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression through precious historical materials and physical exhibits, and relived the arduous journey of the revolutionary predecessors.
