The Party building of the Chamber of Commerce: The Hangzhou Cangnan Chamber of Commerce accompanied the Cangnan County Major Energy Center on an inspection and research visit to the Hangzhou Children's Hospital.
On the afternoon of September 3rd, Yang Qiu, the deputy secretary of the Party group and deputy director of the Project Construction Management Center of the Major Energy Center of Cangnan County, along with a delegation, visited the Hangzhou Children's Hospital, a co-construction unit of the chamber of Commerce's Party building, for an inspection and research. They were accompanied by Wu Jie, the executive vice president and secretary of the Party branch of the Hangzhou Cangnan Chamber of Commerce, Guo Rui, the executive vice president, and Chen Fakai and Li Houbin, the vice presidents.
Lu Fusheng, a member of the Party Committee of Hangzhou Children's Hospital, director of the Health Development Department, and Deputy Secretary-General of the Medical Branch of the World Wenzhou People's Association, warmly received and accompanied the visit to the hospital's Party building culture corridor. He also organized a symposium to deeply discuss topics such as medical resource sharing under the leadership of Party building and health security for nuclear power project builders.
At the symposium, Lu Fusheng gave a detailed introduction to the Hangzhou Children's Hospital and its Party building work situation: With "Party Building and Children's Health Joint Construction" as its core, the hospital has established Party building co-construction relationships with over 300 government agencies, enterprises, schools and other units across the country by deepening cooperation among units, serving the needs of the people and integrating cross-field resources. It has also set up expert consultation groups for cooperative enterprises and provided green channels for medical treatment in tertiary hospitals.
Deputy Director Yang Qiu, in light of the actual needs of the Cangnan Nuclear Power Project, expounded on the project's construction background and health service demands. He proposed that the "Party building + health" approach be taken as the starting point, and a long-term mechanism be established in collaboration with the chamber of commerce and the hospital. Through services such as free medical consultations, online consultations, and green channels for expert clinics, the problem of "difficulty in seeing a doctor" for nuclear power builders and local residents can be effectively addressed, allowing builders to settle down in Cangnan with peace of mind.
Secretary Wu Jie of the Chamber of Commerce stated that the Cangnan Chamber of Commerce in Hangzhou has always taken Party building as the leading force and actively built a bridge for resource connection between the hometown and Hangzhou. This inspection aims to play the role of a "link" for the chamber of commerce, promoting the precise matching of high-quality medical resources of the hospital with the demands of major projects in Cangnan. The three parties have exchanged views on the direction of medical service cooperation and will further refine the relevant plans in the future.
This inspection and research not only deepened the cooperative relationship between the Hangzhou Cangnan Chamber of Commerce and the Party building co-construction units, but also explored ideas for the major project livelihood security work in the hometown.
