The symposium of the Cangnan County Decision-making Consultative Committee and the Cangshang Research Center was successfully held in Hangzhou to discuss development and pool strength.

On July 16, 2025, a symposium of the Cangnan County Decision-making Consultative Committee's Cangnan Business Research Center was held at the Cangnan Chamber of Commerce in Hangzhou. Huang Jinyao, director of the Decision-making Consultative Committee of Cangnan County, and Miao Kexian, deputy secretary-general, attended the meeting. Relevant personnel from the Cangnan Chamber of Commerce in Hangzhou, the Cangnan Business Research Center, and Cangnan Rural Commercial Bank gathered together to have in-depth exchanges on the key tasks of the Cangnan Business Research Center, gathering wisdom and strength to promote the high-quality development of the Cangnan business economy.

This symposium focused on two core topics. First, the participants engaged in a detailed discussion on the pilot work of financial empowerment services of the Cangshang Research Center. After Lin Shufang, deputy director of the office of the Cangnan Business Research Center, introduced the initial concept of the pilot work, Chen Zhongchao, president of the Hangzhou Cangnan Chamber of Commerce, Wu Jie, executive vice president and Party branch secretary, Xie Yanzhao, Wu Shubin, executive vice presidents Chen Fakai, Gao Gang, Yang Ben, and directors Ye Qizhou, Feng Xiren, Li Houbin, Chen Qiulai, Wu Zongfang, etc. combined the actual development of their enterprises. The pain points of current financial services in assisting enterprises with financing and transformation and upgrading were analyzed, and suggestions such as "establishing a credit system for Cangshang" and "launching customized financial products" were put forward, providing practical ideas for the implementation of the pilot work.

Subsequently, regarding the plan for the one-year anniversary conference and economic salon of the Cangnan Business Research Center, the participants freely expressed their opinions and put forward many constructive suggestions. They hoped that through this platform, the achievements of the Cangnan Business Research Center since its establishment could be concentratedly displayed, promoting exchanges and cooperation among Cangnan businesspeople and attracting more resources to support the economic construction of Cangnan.

In addition, the participants also had in-depth exchanges and discussions on think tank collaboration.

During the symposium, the participants spoke up enthusiastically, offering suggestions and strategies for the development of the Cangshang Research Center based on their own field experiences. Chen Zhongchao, the president of the Cangnan Chamber of Commerce in Hangzhou, stated that the chamber will fully support the work of the Cangnan Business Research Center, actively build an internal and external linkage platform, and unite the strength of Cangnan business people outside.

Finally, Director Huang Jinyao delivered a concluding speech. He affirmed the efforts of the Cangnan Business Research Center and the Hangzhou Cangnan Chamber of Commerce in connecting Cangnan business people and serving the development of their hometown. He emphasized that Cangnan business people are a valuable asset for the development of Cangnan. On the same morning, the delegation of the county decision-making Advisory Committee also visited the Zongheng Communication Co., Ltd. of Su Weifeng, the lifetime honorary president of the Chamber of Commerce, to hold a symposium on the research topic of "Research on the Construction and Optimization Path of the Low-altitude Economic Industrial Chain in Cangnan". Members of the research group, including Su Weifeng, Li Jie, and Huang Jianhua, participated in the discussion. They conducted an in-depth analysis of the development foundation, policy dividends, industrial layout, and potential challenges of the low-altitude economy in Cangnan.

At the meeting, the participants, in light of the cutting-edge trends in domestic low-altitude economic development, delved deeply into discussions from aspects such as technical support, scenario expansion, and supporting systems, and put forward a series of feasible and forward-looking ideas. It is widely believed that Cangnan should leverage its own advantages and make precise efforts in the key links of the low-altitude economy industrial chain. It should not only seize policy opportunities to layout key areas but also comprehensively consider various risks and guarantee demands in the development process, thus clarifying the direction for the subsequent construction and optimization of the industrial chain.
